Once we’ve found tenants they will be thoroughly vetted using our extensive referencing procedure to ensure their suitability. We will carry out a credit check to look up their credit history, seek proof of earnings and speak to their previous landlords. Guarantors may sometimes be required to protect you and your peace of mind.

As a Landlord of a managed property you will have a dedicated Property Manager. They’ll be your dedicated point of contact and 100% accountable for your account. If you have a query these lovely people are there to help, you wont be referred to head office or left on hold for another department.
